Renegades
Demons are never Outcasts; the rulers of Hell would rather see their servants
dead and roasting on spits before letting them roam across the Earth unchecked,
and usually do.
But more frequently than anyone would grudgingly admit, demons rebel from
their superiors and decide to stay on Earth, furthering their own causes
and promoting their own philosophies. Such a demon is a Renegade, and there
are hordes of demons who do nothing but run around hunting the rebels of
the rebels.
Construct a Renegande character like any other, but consider his background
carefully. Many Renegades take Roles (see p. 00) in human society, to blend
in better. Choose which Demon Prince he rebelled from and come up with a
solid rationalization as to why he did it, and what idea he came up with
that was so good that he's put his existence on the line to fight for it.
Don't get your hopes up about what you can achieve on your own, cut off
from infernal support. As a Renegade, merely surviving is your victory.
