October 12, 2020: Kickstarter Reports, October 2020 Update

There has been quite a bit of movement on our Kickstarter campaigns since last month's update. Out of the five campaigns that were open in the last report, three have been completed. (Car Wars, being such a very large project, continues to work its way through the tooling stage at the factory.) In addition to closing three of the projects, we have opened a new one that is set to end today.

As of today, our active campaigns include:

Random Fun Generator, Dice Games from Steve Jackson Games

• October 5 to October 12
• 3,616 backers and closing today
• We've already held the test printing in our hands. As soon as the campaign closes, we'll pull the trigger on the print job and start work on the BackerKit survey. So far, everything is on track for us to ship out the physical rewards in December.

Steve Jackson Games' Coasters for the Party

• August 19 (2020) to August 24 (2020)
• 393 backers, shipping now
• The rewards are now shipping to backers, putting us ahead of schedule.

Car Wars Sixth Edition by Steve Jackson Games

• November 29 (2019) to January 6 (2020)
• 3,936 backers, behind schedule
• Work at the factory continues. We shared new minis photos with the backers a few weeks ago and if all goes well, we'll have photos of the physical tooling samples of some of the boxes, cards, and other components posted to the Kickstarter campaign late this month.

That puts us currently at three active Kickstarter projects.

• One shipping now (ahead of schedule).
• One currently funding and on schedule.
• One at the factory and behind schedule.
