April 4, 2005: Yes, We Were Offline

At 10am Sunday, our provider, Birch Telecom, suffered a beaut of an outage, affecting Austin, Houston, and other parts of Texas. We didn't get our service restored until almost 6pm. We had similar problems for about an hour very early Saturday morning. But we seem to be fine now. Apologies to those who tried to reach us and couldn't!
