• Under Call People, point 5: "Pet cards count as Person cards, and are also played during this phase. Unless the card says otherwise, a Pet requires no roll to Come Over – you just announce it and put it in your room! (Some cards refer to Cats; these are Pets that happen to be Cats.)"
