Steve Jackson Games welcomes new writers. In all honesty, we are now working with so many experienced, reliable writers that it has gotten harder to break in. But we're not a closed shop. The material in this area is intended to tell the new writer as much as possible about what we need and how we want to get it.

The shortest possible answer is: Read everything in this section, because we consider it an intelligence test. Then write articles for Pyramid Magazine. Then, when we're impressed with you, submit a proposal for a bigger project. We've always got room for people who can create the kind of things we really need.
