Houston, we have a problem...

The auto-archiver seems to be malfunctioning. I don't think anybody's quite certain what's not working, but we apparently haven't seen an update to the archive index since June, although the digests themselves were archived until August 11. In addition, although the search engine now displays a results code instead of a page of code, it still doesn't seem to return anything.

As a temporary remedy for this issue, I'm putting this page up. I'll be manually updating this index from the messages that I receive through the main list, so be aware that some messages may be slightly out of order. The ersatz "digests" that I create in this fashion will be daily in nature, starting at 00:00 Eastern time and ending at 23:59 Eastern.

Unfortunately, fixing the search engine is going to take a little more time and effort than creating digests; I'll let you know when I have that one figured out.

As I stated above, this is a temporary measure. As soon as the issues with the archiver and the search engine are resolved, this page will be removed.
