October 30, 2016: The Decemberists Design A Game!

We've had the pleasure of working with The Decemberists for a Munchkin promo card in the past, so it's only natural that we'd want to talk about an entire boardgame created by members of the band. 

The game is beautiful, with a minimalist, classic design that still seems very modern. Co-designed by our friend Keith Baker, designer of Gloom, it's a pretty simple card game that plays in about 15 minutes.

Backing their Kickstarter project for this game also gets you into the Society of Luminaries. That's right, secret societies. You know how much we like those. So yeah, this is an auto-back. Plus, it's unlocked a ton of stretch goals so far, upgrading the already stellar components, so why not jump in toward the end and reap the benefits?
