January 13, 2019: Crowdfunding Focus: Jonathan Coulton's "Some Guys"

I'd be willing to bet that many of you reading this are old enough to remember the soft-rock hits of the 1970s, the last bastion of gentility before disco and punk blighted the musical landscape forever.*

Jonathan Coulton remembers. He remembers those days very well. He remembers them so well that he has produced an album covering 14 of the greatest '70s soft-rock classics ever, lovingly rearranged and reorchestrated to be as close to identical to the originals as he can get. Why? Because you don't mess with perfection, that's why. Even when you're, you know, messing with perfection.
