February 19, 2018: Loot Finds A Way: Announcing Munchkin 9 - Jurassic Snark

In a miracle of science, SJ Games has taken the DNA from Munchkin and fused it with DNA from a mosquito encased in amber, to create the ultimate expansion. People said our scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could that they didn't stop to think if they should, but before you knew it, we packaged it in a box. We're proud to present Munchkin 9 – Jurassic Snark! 

The long-awaited ninth expansion to the classic game of Munchkin features everyone's favorite ancient beasts: dinosaurs! Use them as Steeds, fight carnivorous baddies, and score some primeval loot to get to level 10 and win! This new expansion features 112 cards, drawn by legend John Kovalic, and will be hitting stores this October. 

Mix it with your base set, or any version of Munchkin! You can find more info about mixing sets in a previous Daily Illuminator article. 

Let your local game store know you want it, and remember that the dinosaurs held within the expansion are perfectly safe, kept behind electric fences. Don't worry about that power outage, I'm sure none of them will escape . . .
