February 7, 2016: Soft Announcement Of A New Ogre Edition

Now posted on the forums: not just the announcement, but a PDF of the current state of the rules, so you can help me find errata.

Congrats to forumite adm for the first issue spotted!  The rulebook is only 12 pages. Turns out the PDF has some spurious pages at the end. Until I can get those eliminated: ignore pages 13 and after :) But about 500 people, no joke, are downloading it as I type this, so I won't mess with the PDF right now.
