Press Release: FASA Completes Ral Partha Buyout

FASA Corporation announced that it plans to buy out its partners in Ral Partha, gaining sole ownership of the miniatures company. FASA, publishers of the BattleTech and Shadowrun games, and Lanier and Mike Hurdle (the new owners of Zocchi Distribution), jointly purchased Ral Partha in September of 1998. FASA expects to finalize the buyout the first week of April.
