It is strange to think that Deadlands is 10 years old, an anniversary marked by the release of Deadlands Reloaded. The fourth version of the game after the 1996 original, GURPS Deadlands, and Deadlands d20, it also brings two Origins-Award-winning games together and one of those back to its origins. Deadlands Reloaded is not a full RPG, but a supplement for Shane Lacy Hensley's Savage Worlds, the pulpish game engine derived from Rail Wars, the skirmish rules that were themselves a simplified version of the Deadlands mechanics.
