Abduction is a card game that ties loosely into Eden's Conspiracy X roleplaying game. You got the same big-headed aliens, the same random humans (and one cow) brought aboard a spaceship, and the same unspeakable experiments. The object of the game is find the exit and get off the ship. Only problem: only one of you can escape. Like the box says, "The others better not get in the way."

The game is pretty simple -- you get a hand of five cards, and can take three actions per turn. Actions include moving through the spaceship, searching for items and playing cards. Between each action, all the other players around the table can respond with certain cards, if they want. Some of the cards are laid out on the table to form the spaceship itself, so the game layout changes every game. Other cards represent equipment you can find on the ship that will help you escape, and events you can play on yourself or other players.

The ship layout cards include places like the Breeding Chamber, the Examination Room, the Engine Room, Storage Rooms, Corridors and more. Many of the rooms give you a chance of finding an item with a successful "Search" die roll. Items give you a chance to "map" more of the ship (play more cards to build the layout), hold more cards than the limit of five, evade those nasty Alien Patrols, even attack other players and force them back to the beginning point.
