Library of Bletherad marks Bill Coffin's latest addition to the slowly growing Palladium Fantasy RPG line. Although the books for this series are a bit fewer and further between than those in the Rifts series, Coffin has been able to deliver us yet another book that has been well worth the wait.

Library of Bletherad is more or less a compendium of miscellaneous adventure material weaved together through the fabled Library of Bletherad. The library boasts a legendary collection of books, which by far outrivals any other in the Palladium world. Coffin presents the different adventure material in this sourcebook by telling of the strange things found in some of these wondrous tomes. As this book demonstrates, the Library of Bletherad is an ideal jumping off point for any adventure.

The first third of the book details the history of the library, the major players connected with it, and the many ways in which the players might become involved. As Coffin explains, the Library of Bletherad (so named for the city in which it resides) is one of the descendants of a grand and mythical library known as The Prime Incunabula. The Incunabula was destroyed centuries ago, and the Library of Bletherad is the only known surviving descendant.
