It's not so much as the license _prohibits_ IN fiction, as that the license does not _cover_ IN fiction. Basically, the rights to produce IN fiction are not in the existing license. A new license would have to be acquired, to do IN fiction. It doesn't make sense for someone so 'us-vs.-them' to keep his servitors from defending their own. Not to mention that I play (when I get the chance) a Cherub of Stone. It would really suck to be unable to do anything about protecting my attuned if the attacker is clever enough to leave me alone. It's Djinn-like behavior to use an attunement to lead yourself and/or others to your attuned with the knowledge they will do harm to your target. A cherub cares about its attuned and won't seek to harm it, even if it is impure. If a cherub is seeking its attuned in order to do it harm, then I'd give the cherub dissonance, even if he broke the attunement just prior to landing an actual physical blow.<<< I thought of that afterwards. Probably they do need an explicit statement that they don't take dissonance for using their resonance in this manner. There was slightly more to the situation that otherwise appears in the short desc - but I assumed most folk aren't really interested in precise campaign details - but my char had actually been trying help someone so that they would go for more meaningful sex in future rather than paying for it - I had a plan basically - but the char unfortunately also had enough hp to stand out to that d**n Calabim. (Heh - later soul-killed the swine) But in general yes the point stands - that Rite is awfully easy to make appear to be a Lust Rite - the problem lies in the fact that Celestials shouldn't really have er fruitful vessels so procreational sex is impossible anyway. I know that he prolongs this glorious War, this brave Rebellion, this petty, puling squabble, only because it gives Him pleasure. But I also know that it amuses Him not to share this grand, cosmic, ineffable prank with his own angels. I know that you will never repeat what I am saying to your demons, because if they knew the truth they would kill themselves now. I even know that you do not believe me, because you think that your new-found design, to pollute what you could not capture, has some tiny glimmer of a chance of success. I know you are wrong, and that anything we acheive is for nothing, because it will be undone. Everything the angels work for is less than a drop in the ocean of Divine Power that watches this world and moulds it like clay. You are nothing, and they are nothing, but I am more than that. I have the pleasure of watching you and the angels strive, and struggle, and fight, and weep, and bleed, and win, and lose, and hope, and despair, and try your puny, futile, best to carve out some tiny significance for yourself in an infinity of pure, untouchable God. I am that pleasure, because that is the only thing God has that we could ever hope to take for ourselves. I am Mockery."
